TRANSIT, HANDLING ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Transit Time: Your order will arrive within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Saturday) after dispatch, depending on the chosen delivery service.

Handling Time: Our goal is to process and prepare your order for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

Delivery Time:
Including handling, total delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Saturday).

Order Cut-Off Time: 
Orders placed after 05:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed on the next business day. This cut-off time is crucial for ensuring the timely processing of your order.

DELIVERY TERMS:

We work with reliable and reputable delivery carriers to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition and on schedule. The carriers we use include:

  • USPS (United Kingdom Postal Service), known for nationwide coverage and reliable service.

  • UPS (United Parcel Service), offering fast, trackable shipping options.

  • OSM (Other Standard Mail Services), for cost-effective, standard deliveries.

The carrier assigned to your order will be chosen based on the most efficient and timely option available for your shipment.

Free Shipping 

Our shipping fees are straightforward and transparent:Please be aware that shipping charges are subject to applicable taxes. With our flat rate, you can always know exactly what to expect when completing your purchase, with no hidden fees.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS:

Once your order is in transit, we are unable to alter the delivery address. To prevent any issues, please double-check that the address you provide is accurate before finalizing your purchase.
If you spot an error in the address before your order has been dispatched, contact us immediately at online@chromesheart.shop. We will make every effort to correct the mistake.
Please note that after dispatch, we cannot make any changes, and we cannot be held responsible for any problems caused by an incorrect address. 

ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM:

We offer a Tracking Order for every order we ship, so you can easily monitor the status of your shipment. Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you the tracking details via email or SMS, depending on your preferences.
With this tracking number, you can follow your order's real-time progress and receive updates at each stage of its journey until it reaches your doorstep.

WRONG ADDRESS:

If the shipping address you provided is incorrect or incomplete, and the delivery cannot be completed:

  • The package will be returned to our warehouse.

  • You will be responsible for covering the full shipping cost to resend the order to the correct address.

To prevent delays and extra charges, please carefully verify your shipping details before confirming your order.

CANCELLATIONS:

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your order. You have the option to cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched. To initiate a cancellation, simply contact us at online@chromesheart.shop and we will promptly assist you in processing your request.
Important: Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If that happens, please refer to our Refund Policy for the next steps and additional support in resolving the issue.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

If your parcel arrives damaged or shows signs of being compromised during transit, please follow these steps:

  • If possible: Reject the parcel from the delivery carrier and immediately contact our customer service team. We will arrange for the return or replacement of the damaged product at no extra cost to you.

  • If already delivered: If you weren’t present at delivery and the parcel arrives damaged, contact us right away at online@chromesheart.shop. We will provide guidance on the next steps, including the option for a return or replacement of the damaged item.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for parcels damaged after delivery unless we are notified promptly.

TAX:

Sales tax will be applied to both the product price and shipping fee at checkout. The exact tax amount will be calculated based on your shipping address and will be included in the final total of your order. Please be aware that tax rates can vary depending on your location, and any applicable state or local taxes will be automatically included in your order’s total cost.

International Orders

Our current shipping policy applies exclusively to orders within the UK.
